Founded in 1981, Clear Premium Meats started as a small, family-run butcher shop in a quiet rural town. Our founder, James Holloway, a third-generation butcher, learned the art of meat preparation from his father and grandfather, both of whom were known for their dedication to traditional butchery techniques and exceptional quality.;

Growth & Expansion
By the early 2000s, as consumer awareness around food sourcing increased, Clear Premium Meats expanded from a small butcher shop to a trusted supplier for restaurants, retailers, and families across the region. We established relationships with certified organic and free-range farms, ensuring every cut of meat met the highest standards for sustainability, taste, and nutrition.
To meet growing demand, we opened our state-of-the-art butchery facility in 2010, allowing us to craft specialty cuts, smoke our own nitrate-free bacon and hams, and produce artisanal sausages free from fillers and preservatives.
